Where do I pick up the Hop On Hop Off City tour?
To board the tour for the first time, please go to the Information
Booth operated by Gray Line in Nathan Phillips Sq/New City Hall on
Queen Street W. After you pick up your boarding ticket from Gray Line,
you can hop on and off as you wish. You will get one 3 day pass for
the city tour regardless of the number of days you have purchased on
your Go Toronto Card.
Note: your card will be activated when you pick
up your pass and will count as one day, so you should plan to sightsee
on that day as well. Please see page 14 for complete details.

Do the attractions and tours require reservations?
Yes, some do require reservations and this information is noted on each guidebook page. Please mention that you have a Go Toronto Card at time of reservation. All tours are subject to availability at the time of booking and the attraction may ask for a credit card to hold the reservation, if you are a no show your credit card will be charged. Your Go Toronto Card must be valid the day of all tours and excursions.

Can I go to Niagara Falls with the Go Card?
There are two options for going to Niagara Falls using the Go Card.
- Gray Line Niagara Falls Tour is a special offer where you will receive a savings off the retail price of the tour; this includes transportation and a visit to Maid of the Mist (Journey Behind the Falls or IMAX is substituted when Maid of the Mist is not operating), other stops and free time. Reservations are required OR
- Drive on your own, it is approx 130 km/ 80 miles from Toronto. Then use your Go Toronto Card for entrance to a variety of attractions that we have included in our Niagara Falls section.
