Reptilia
Included daytime general admission with the Go Toronto Card
Visit Canada's 25,000 square foot indoor Reptile Zoo, which houses more than 3,000 reptiles including the largest pythons, vipers, cobras, and crocodiles in Canada. Indeed – Canada's largest crocodile – Induna (Swahili for "The Chief") is a 43 year old Nile Crocodile weighing nearly 1,100 lbs and measuring 14 feet in length, despite the fact that he lost more than a foot of his tail defending his harem on the farm on which he was raised in South Africa.
Reptilia is specifically designed to provide an educational, interactive, and unforgettable Reptilian experience (all behind thick safety glass). The large, naturalistic exhibits are designed to suit the needs of each reptile and provide visitors with a look into the environment where they are found. Live demonstrations, feedings, nursery hatchings, and meet the keeper events run daily and provide up close and even hands on (if you wish) experiences for all visitors.
